        Dennis Boston used to be our accountant for our homeowner's association. After our Board President resigned, we had no choice but to move from a self-managed association to a Management Company who is not only managing the property, but handling the accounting as well. We are missing so much information from this accountant. When I picked up everything from the Accountant, they handed me all the checks and reconciliation reports from 2015-2018. There are NO reconciliation reports for the entire year of 2019. I know the management company has been in touch with them to obtain information such as the 2020 budgets but they keep saying we have everything. We DO NOT have everything and we basically have to start from scratch. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them.
