R&R landscaping and lawn care services

If I could give them 0 stars I would, honestly don’t think they even deserve 1 star. This was one of the worst experiences with any company I’ve ever. Ryan was unresponsive and they have failed to come to my property for over 3 weeks during rainy season, yet when I asked would say they’d be there early in the week. The amount of excuses continued to grow. If you are looking for lawn care I would definitely suggest looking in a different direction this company is completely unreliable. R&R Landscaping did a fantastic job on my front yard. After neglecting the landscape for many years and other landscapers no showing, they came in and totally redesigned it! It’s no longer an eye sore and I’m so happy how it turned out. They were totally reliable, communicated throughout the project and showed up when they said they would. Will use them for future projects and highly recommend them to friends/family.

Rose and Ryan have serviced my house for about a year now and we have been wanting to add to our home's curb appeal. Rose and Ryan were able to come up with a plan that suited mine and my husband's needs. We were looking for something that would really make our house pop but did not know where to begin. The crew got the job done in the time frame quoted and the job looks just how they said it would GORGEOUS! I would like to share my experience as a warning . Seeing good reviews, I contacted Ryan. He was prompt to come out to give an estimate. He is extremely likeable and appeared confident in his ability to do my project. What I didn"t realize was not only does he not do any of the work, he is not even on site. This is a problem cause when Rose and her crew came to start the work there was no apparent understanding on her part of all that Ryan and I had discussed or planned After they had stopped for the day, I realized that I was uncomfortable about letting them continue. What they had done was not professional and not at all what I expected. It has been several weeks that I have been trying to work out a sucessful resolution- one that would be good for both parties. So far no luck and it's been two weeks since he last promised to get back to me. I don't know which is worse- a job half done, or dealing with a company who claims to want to make you happy but clearly doesn't care.
