        Aetna was once a premier insurance company. Now their representatives are very nice but not helpful in assisting with a medical problem. They use Evicore Healthcare to deny all lab test request unless you do exactly what they request. Most of the things they request from the doctor doesn't make sense. Horrible service.

        AETNA has listed their number as a number which I use, so I receive tons of calls on a daily basis. I understand that over time numbers change and are recycled, but they haven’t corrected that in their google search so I am bombarded with calls. It’s driving me mad!
