    I had the pleasure of Larry and Patrick, who installed an antenna in our attic for TV reception. We are now getting over 80 local and distance channels...so glad we cut the cord 2 years ago. This company will install home theaters too for anyone living in Florida. Rob was wonderful as well. I highly recommend!

    They did a decent job with fitting my 77" LG G3 TV on the wall but I'd rate their execution as passable / average and nothing that warrants 5-stars or their high prices, so make sure to temper your expectations when you hire these guys. Here are my specific reasons for why I think they're not worth the rating or the price, 1. Missing the mark on my wall due to being off by 10" on the height measurements. I now have four extra holes on the wall in addition to the 4 where my TV is now mounted. Nothing was done to remediate these holes. They're hidden thanks to my massive TV but a shoddy job nonetheless despite them having measured everything multiple times. My TV is supposed to sit flush with the wall, but does so on only one side with the other end actually jutting out a little bit more. This was specifically the case after the in-wall wiring install and when questioned, the answer to it was that my wall was curved. Having used the spirit level on the wall multiple times before mounting, I'm surprised as to why they never gave me this heads up before the install. 2. Their execution of the in-wall wiring hide is actually not per code per my inspector. My TV does not use a voltage transforming brick to ensure that the input to the TV is low voltage, and so technically the wire to power my TV shouldn't be inside the drywall directly. The suggested solution to accomplish this was to use an inlet / outlet pair which wasn't one of the options that was provided to me by the install guys nor was it brought to my attention that this isn't up to code. 3. Lack of a proper explanation for charges. I paid $646 for a 77" TV install and for terminating two ethernet cables and connecting them to a switch in my patch panel (the switch was purchase separately by me) ; In my phone call with Rob to complete the payment, I requested for a detailed break up of the invoice and he just read the line items out to me. I specifically requested for a price breakdown (which Rob assured me would follow immediately via email) and I also texted the install guys to follow up with Rob about this the next day. No email / break up of charges so far. I was quoted $149 for the TV install and was expecting to pay up between $300 - $400 depending on the complexity + the basic networking work. Foolish of me to have paid without a proper invoice. Nonetheless, I'm not gonna be recommending Rob the Brit to anyone I know, given the price they charge for average execution. I only have myself to blame for having blindly trusted the Google reviews before hiring these guys. Based on the response to prior low-rating reviews, I fully expect Rob to go ballistic on me in the responses but honestly I've waited two full weeks for an explanation of the charges and for them to solicit feedback on the install, but there's been zero communication from Rob or his guys.

Good afternoon I've received no communication from you at all via any method suggesting anything but happy. Your install was completed 24th Feb, one week ago. Any receipts after a credit card payment shows line items charged. If work was improperly charged for then contacting me so I can either explain or correct a situation is first rather than a review suggesting I've ignored a situation. I always respond to customers so this is the first im learning of this.Im happy to discuss anything in question.
