Bill and Robert were godsends 17 years ago when our house in The City caught fire. The house was physically devastated and I was mentally devastated, and didn't know who to turn to for help. While I had good quality insurance, it's not exactly like the insurance company was on "my side", and they certainly weren't advocating for my best interests. That's where Consolidated Adjusting came in. I wouldn't wish on anyone what I went through with the fire, but I would definitely counsel someone in my shoes to utilize Consolidated. You won't regret it.

After a major house fire, I was overwhelmed by several public adjusters and contractors. At first I didn't think I needed any help, but after meeting the insurance adjuster and talking to other victims of house fires, I realized it was more than I could handle. I chose Robert and Bill because they did their own work, lived locally, had great references and looked me in the eye. I especially appreciated their background in insurance work, construction and law. Most of the other guys were just salesmen working for somebody. Thanks to my insurance company (Allstate- If you have them, change now!), my claim took a long time. In the end, Bill and Robert maxed out my policy. It would have been more profitable for them to get a quick settlement and move on to the next job. Instead, Bill and Robert spent months and countless hours maxing out my claim. That last bit of money was a minor part of their commission but a huge chunk towards rebuilding my house. I can honestly say, "Bill and Robert saved me far more money than their fee." They also held my hand, took over the stress, kept me informed and gave me invaluable advice and information. My fire was 4 1/2 years ago and I still go out of my way to give them referrals.
