        Gross inside, expensive, unpredictable hours, understaffed, staff seems unfamiliar with the menu and/or unable to discuss it

        You can't purchase anything in person - everything has to be bought via UberEats or Doordash or Postmates, where a $10 smoothie becomes a $16 to $20 smoothie. It's completely ridiculous! Not sure how they stay in business.
