I'm 37 and have had very little Jiu Jitsu experience before starting at Strong Heart about 3 weeks ago. Strong Heart's adult class has been great for helping me meet my fitness goals while teaching me a great sport! Coaches, Mike, Casey, Steven, and Todd are patient and articulate with beginners. They made me feel welcome even before I became a student, in my free trial. Now that I'm a student, the instruction has only gotten better, as I've learned more of the language of Jiu Jitsu. I'm looking forward to continuing my Jiu Jitsu career at Strong Heart!

Been training here for a little over a week. Instructors have been very helpful and everyone has been super welcoming. So far it has been a great experience.

Been doing the adult fundamentals here for two weeks, I was a bit nervous to come but less than 10 minutes in it felt like I had been here for years! Everyone is a pleasure to be around and takes the time to explain and walk me through techniques, especially Professor Mike who is funny as hell. If youve been debating on trying it or not DO IT!! You wont regret a single moment. Thank you Strong Heart for welcoming me into your family I look forward to growing as a practitioner with you!
