        Overall a very mixed impression, the hotel itself is trying to be nicer than it actually is. We were excited about our trip here but ended up fairly disappointed. We didn't have hot water during our entire trip and the hotel itself definitely needs to be remodeled. The location, staff, and the restaurant are great, but just a lot of misses. I would look elsewhere.

        This hotel is better in pictures. It is not very well maintained and is a 2 star at best. There are no bathtubs in the rooms.

        Very thankful to be upgraded to the president suite with Titanium membership and a suite award ticket. This was my first time jn my 7 year's Platinum membership. Both people in the front desk and the main bars are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the suite so much that I ignored the pool.
