Fairfax Kitchen and Bath Design

My family needed to upate 2 bathrooms in our house that included our original master sweet bathroom. I was referred to Fairfax Kitchen and Bath Design by my Realtor. I contacted FKBD and was immediately greated by a customer service representative. Their customer service was great! Setting up a free estimate was fast and easy. I was running late to the estimate appointment, however, the representative, Carlos waited 25 minutes for me to arrive! That was only the beginning of their great customer service. The estimate went great because Carlos provided a clear and fair estimate. I later was provided two free estimates by other remodeling companies, but none could compete with FKBD's customer service and price. During the construction Carlos frequently visited my home and provided me with construction updates and educated me about the remodeling steps. That meant the world to me and my family. The work was flawless and they finished the bathrooms two weeks ahead of time. We love our new bathrooms.
