I gave it some time after giving a forwarding address, and no reply. My dad fixed her grandmothers house which was unlivable. It was unbelievably disgusting beyond doubt, and my dad and Shelby fixed it and even tore up the carpet for the men she was having put it in. I have text proving they wanted certain items and the rest to do whatever with and we got rid of the cat infested stuff that was destroyed or broke. We did owe you 2 payments left for the car but also we paid for gas that we barely used!!!!so you took that from us as well. You made false promises of a manufactured home and never once said in any messages that we had to leave right then only your grandma was coming back. We thought we were just transitioning from one house to another, and thats what someone pointed out that we showed the messages to as well. And we never heard from you until 8 days before our lease was up and you came up with some story after that which is ILLEGAL in the state of tn. You claimed our form of communication was text but in TN you have to have a written notice to have that binding. Also our lease never said furnished and claimed you would pay the electric in the shop for the cats, its in the lease. When we realized that was a lie we let that go. We were left without anything to find a new place with our kids. Then you slander us on Facebook. So I just want whatever of our deposit back because what happened was wrong.
