        Took two chain saw blades in for sharpening on 12/15. A week later, not done. 1/8/24 I went in asked for my chains. After digging around the counter person told me theyhadnt gotten too them. I told him to give me the chains which he did. No sorry, no reason, just handed them over. PATHETIC Service.

        I have been in the lawncare industry for over 20 years and I was looking to make a change from stihl weedeaters to echo to do a comparison. The great thing is STI sells both. The even greater thing is their customer service is top notch. I've only been here twice tomorrow will be my third time. I read people very well and this team is a Best seller if they were a book. I look forward to making this my go to spot for commercial equipment.
