        I simply wanted to schedule someone to come out and give me an estimate on fixing the freezer part of my GE refrigerator. First I could barely understand the attendant due to her accent. Not her fault.its mine because I just couldnt understand what she was saying. Second she takes me through all of these questions and prompts only to try and pass me off to another member of her team for payment. I admit I got frustrated and just hung up the phone. I try to get things scheduled when I can get some time when Im not working or not supporting what my family needs. I dont really have the time to spend 20 to 30 minutes answering 21 questions. I normally dont leave reviews but I thought it would be beneficial to let you know no matter how good your services are it defeats the point if I cant schedule a technician to come out. Very frustrating!!! All I wanted to do was get someone to look at my freezer. Im no closer to a technician than I was when I went to bed last night!

        The repair man is very knowledgeable on my rototiller. My only complaint is Sears is no longer offering an extended warranty on lawn and garden equipment.
