Working with Anthony to sell our home turned out to be a great decision. Upon his first visit, we had a solid plan to sell our home. He left us with a list of tasks to focus on to prepare our home for the market. His listing price analysis was precise and his knowledge of the neighborhood proved to be spot on. This resulted in a final sale very close to our asking price. In addition, he knew how to market our home. The pictures on our listing made us almost regret selling! We received an offer after the first open house. We accepted and Anthony was there to advise us every step of the way all the way up to closing. We could not be happier.

I am so grateful that I found Anthony. I am a first time home buyer, and I cannot imagine going through the home buying process with anyone else. Anthony was so patient with us during our home buying experience. He was upbeat and very helpful while touring the properties. He would figure out which way the home was facing so we knew how much sunlight each area of the home would get. He was also very helpful when looking at the big items like the AC, heater and water heaters at each home. Everytime we wanted to see a property he was on it and when we were ready to submit an offer he got it done and ready to submit as soon as possible! Anthony helped us secure the perfect home for our family, and we are very grateful for all the time he dedicated to helping us find our new home. I would definitely recommend Anthony, 10/10!
