        HVAC on the 7th floor was bad. Set the Thermostat at 65 and it never went below 71 (mostly stayed at 74) even though it was cold outside. Shower water pressure was very low. On the last day the shower water turned off during my shower and never came back on. My wife went down to the bar to order food but as soon as the lady bartender knew she wasn't getting any alcohol, they ignored her, so she waited a bit and then left. Not impressed with this hotel for the price or as a Hilton hotel. I am a Hilton Honors member. Free breakfast was good and well organized. Nearby activities: Across the street from Boro shopping center. Next door to Chik Fil A and Chipotle.

        Good customer service. The only problem I ran into was getting garbage emptied from our room and never got enough towels or towels picked up. Other than that it was a really great stay. Can't beat the location. Next to many places to eat, shop, etc. Taking the Metro was a 5 minute walk which was terrific. Breakfast was really good consistently.
