The Tidewater guys were absolutely phenomenal. The communication was excellent, and they arrived on time on the days they said they were going to. There were no delays, no excuses, nothing like we've experienced with other contractors. They genuinely cared that we were happy and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we wanted with our driveway. Our driveway is unbelievable now after being such an eyesore for so long. We are truly grateful to these guys for being as awesome and professional as they were. Tidewater Sealcoating and Paving paved my 400+ foot driveway yesterday, 14 September 2022, and it is simply magnificent!. Prior to their arrival, the pothole-ridden crusher-run driveway was a hazard to both vehicle and passenger alike. With every rain, the potholes grew in depth and width. This outstanding crew, managed by owner Wayne Boswell transformed it into a smooth, straight, and even 3-inch blacktop thoroughfare with symmetrically beveled edges. His well-trained team executed their assigned and implied tasks with little or no supervision, anticipating each step in the paving process and supporting each other throughout. Wayne is an absolute expert with 45+years experience in paving and he has inculcated his perfectionism and impeccable work ethic in each crew member that ensures the job is done only to the highest of standards. His crew operates with mutual respect and a synergism that underpins and enhances their performance, efficiency, and effectiveness. Besides being exceptionally hard-working and completely professional, they are cordial, polite, and respectful and I found it an absolute pleasure to be in their company. They are in high demand, but they are worth the wait, absolutely outstanding work and exceptional quality and value.
