I am very pleased with Quality Water. They come to my house every year to check on my water system and I never feel they are trying to sell me something I do not need. This type of honesty is very important to me. Whenever I have had a problem with my water system they have promptly taken care of it. And their prices are very reasonable. Today the technician who came to my house was very courteous and professional. His name was Tim. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs these types of services.

Our home had their water system installed right before we bought the house. One year after we moved in, the system broke. We set an appointment to have it fixed, but the guy never showed. After many attempts to get back in contact with them we were denied service, because they did not want to drive out to our location, though they obviously have in the past. They told us to fix the issue ourselves, or there would be a $500 fee to come out and remove the system. Would not recommend them at all.

Equipment did not work for my home, customer service was the worst, they poured a bucket of chemical on my tree that could kill it. They left a huge mess in my home. They just took my money & gave me little to no service.

Never had any issues with the installation. Randy is very experienced. He doesnt sell you something you dont need.
