Candlewood Suites Roanoke Airport, an IHG Hotel

We had a family event, just came off the road 7hrs, even though they were sold out , they still managed to check us in early, check in clerk was very helpful and awesome .

Horrible, maid staff screaming down hallway almost length of building at paying guest instead of walking to guest and expressing her concerns, or even advising her management staff so they could handle her faux complaint accordingly...she then tried to attack paying guest in main lobby screaming "yo momma" obscenities as guest tried to address her misconduct with management...we should all know our place and act accordingly!!! NEGATIVE 6 stars!!!

If you wish you have air conditioning, power & housekeeping throughout your stay, I wouldnt suggest here. We were never brought new towels during our 4 night stay, housekeeping never came to our room & they shut the power off while our girls were getting ready for a national pageant. They also advertise directv, but you really only get about 12 channels (not even local channels). We also did not have a toilet paper holder. Completely unacceptable.
