I'm thrilled to share my outstanding experience as a new resident at the Harrison, which has been significantly enhanced by the efforts of Jillian and Denise. JILLIAN provided excellent support throughout the initial stages. Her friendly and approachable demeanor, combined with her knowledge of the property and the renting process, really stood out to me. I truly appreciated her patience and professional kindness in exploring different options, helping me to understand the choices the property had to offer, and remaining flexible in working with me throughout the overall process. Her representation of the property significantly contributed to inspiring me to continue exploring the idea of moving in. Once I decided that the Harrison was where I wanted to be, DENISE, the Assistant Community Manager, truly impressed me by going the extra mile. Understanding my situation, Denise moved heaven and earth to accommodate not only what I needed but also what I wanted. Her determination and desire to put me into the floor plan that I really wanted were unshakable. Her proactive approach to not just meet but exceed expectations was nothing short of remarkable. She is most definitely an expert at her craft and a true professional. I want to extend my thanks to the entire Harrison team. This team actively demonstrates the kind of quality responsiveness that can only be achieved when everyone works together as a cohesive unitfrom the concierge desk to the leasing office to the maintenance team. The Harrison team is a great example of this excellence. Overall, I truly appreciate the level of personalized service and commitment to creating a wonderful resident experience that the Harrison provides. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an amazing apartment home with a dedicated and caring team.

I moved in about a month ago and I'm liking it very much. The building is very nice and the staff has been friendly and helpful. If amenities are an important aspect of what you're looking for in an apartment building, this place would be great for you. In the time I've been here, I've noticed that the sound insulation between the units is really good. I haven't heard much of my neighbors. I'd like to make special mention of Destinee Nelson in the leasing office. She gave me the tour and helped with my application process. I appreciate her help and when she didn't have an answer, she always got back to me once she figured it out.
