Communicated via email about an boiler heater issue first thing in the morning. Once they had all the information on the problem, communication ceased. Called the office to schedule an appointment. No returned call. Seems they "hand pick" there jobs. Very disappointing

I called JM Plumbing to find out if they serviced the type of furnace I had (fujitsu). The person who answered the phone was very professional and took down all the information for someone to call me back. I even received an email saying the same. Never received a response.

We arranged with Nick to have a very old gas boiler and water heater replaced, and at the same time got other plumbing needs taken care of--a new sump pump and outside water faucet. Communication was great, all employees were courteous and professional, and the equipment installed seems fine, although were waiting for the heat to be needed, which should happen soon. The work area was left tidy.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received regarding the installation of our tankless water heater. Nick came out for the estimate and walked through everything, answering all our questions. The crew that did the install was extremely professional, neat, efficient and did a fantastic job. We talked to many companies about going tankless and we're really glad we went with JM Plumbing. Highly recommended! Five stars from our family hands down.
