Got swindled on FB, sent a package out, then realized my error. Waited til the next day. I walked in and the man said. ON IT! The package is on the way back to me. I didnt ever doubt his ability to assist. Thanks tall guy!!

Response to the comment by the UPS store - You absolutely DO have power of the shipping fees. UPS may set the rates, but YOU are the ones who choose to ship in boxes that are needlessly large, and you charge way more than UPS dictates for handling. You charged me $14 just for a box that is less than 1 foot long. $14 for a cardboard box. Are you SERIOUS? Then you want $30 to ship it, and you NEVER sent it. I can literally get stuff shipped to me from Canada for less. Sorry guys, you need to own up to the fact that you are scamming your customers with ridiculous rates and hidden fees. You earned this review. Total crooks.
