Very nice showroom. A bit of a hard (up)sell from the salesmen - definite feel of commission based sales. It's nice to see the products, but unless you need installation, buy online.

Had a great experience with this store and Omar. Omar listened to the problems with my blinds, made sure he understood, then arranged to get everything fixed at no cost, including a service visit. I bought my motorized blinds two years ago and when the cord broke on one of them I brought it to the store I originally worked with to do the fix. However, when I picked up the blind and reinstalled it, the remote no longer worked on it. I could not lower the blind. This was especially frustrating since I'd spent hours on trying to get the hub to control the blinds working and it turned out to have a defect and was recalled. I tried to reset the blind to the remote following the instructions I found on a video online and the instructions did not work. The cord got messed up again. I decided to try this store and was impressed with Omar's service and willingness to listen to my concerns and then take effective and efficient steps to resolve everything. I could not be happier, really. Thanks again to Omar and the staff.

Blinds To Go (Springfield) Customer Support is excellent and is well represented by their Sales associate, Jane Bacuyag. She conducted our initial consultation and was very professional from the beginning until the end. She was respectful of our specific product interest (window/door coverings.) It was refreshing to listen to her presentation with no obligations, but provided helpful and valued suggestions! In fact, we were so pleased, that at the end we purchased 10 window and door shades. Jane is very personable, pays attention to detail and is very knowledgeable of the products. We highly recommend Jane for her vast knowledge, but most of all for representing Blinds To Go well. Michael "Mike" Andre' did an outstanding job installing the window/door shades. From the beginning of the process to the very end of the installation, he was professional, very knowledgeable, took precise measurements, and was well organized. Mike provided us with excellent customer service. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients are happy and satisfied. He is an asset to Blinds to Go. We're very, very happy with the final results and would highly recommend him!!! Overall, it was a pleasure working with Jane and her team and would hire them again, because they are simply "the best!"
