        Mr. Berry was very unprofessional on my first and only meeting with him. Once one of his associates took over things did get better. There was still issues with too many hands working on my account who never seem to know what paperwork had already been received. Terrible experience overall.

In this crazy market, he got us a better rate than we thought we would end up with, and were looking forward to hopefully working with him again once rates come down more to refinance.
