        Got my appointment cancelled and called the day of to see whats going on and they said that my technician left the company. I was not called or emailed about this then I saw a text saying they tried to reach out and they couldnt I saw no missed call or email from them then I couldnt schedule due to only have my payment go off on that same day I couldnt even reschedule as I was told that the payment was still pending so they couldnt check even access my account do to waiting for the payment to be processed 1st. I have even taken my day off for no reason this is so frustrating Im so upset with this process.Since I cant add another review I will just add it here. My recent experience with the visit was not a good experience Firstly they dont tell you to get numbing cream then when I was only told on my 2nd visit. I asked if they have and they said no we have to get our own and if they do get they will prescribe one and I have to pay it Im already paying over $4000 and they still want more money for numbing cream I w my from having a good experience to the worst experience only reason why Im still doing it is because Im already in treatment. And I was also told that I will have a lifetime warranty to not really a lifetime warranty to many hidden clauses will never recommend this to a friend or family
