Great experience. I love the infrared sauna add on. Dr Courtney is fabulous for her various modality treatments, and its always customized for my needs. The package deals are worth it. Plenty of parking.

Ive been seeing Courtney at Omni for a few months now, and I can honestly say that shes played a huge part in reducing my body aches and pains due to years of bad posture and my recent pregnancy and delivery. Her gentle approach and excellent technique is something I swear by. I highly recommend her for PT sessions.

Omni Wellness and Performance has been such a critical component of both my self-care routine and ensuring that I am able to continue to do the things I love. I am a runner and have flare ups of ITBS and lingering, nagging hip pain from time to time. I started seeing Jose last summer and had an immediate increase in mobility from his treatments and prescribed exercises. I then began seeing Courtney Dagan for Amatsu treatments and these were game changers. It addressed the root cause of the issues and I quickly saw an increase in performance, less pain, more mobility and flexibility. I continue to see her on an as-needed basis. I cannot recommend their services enough!

Jose provides PT and strength and conditioning for my kids who suffer from Osgood-Schlatter. During PT he relieves their pain and gives them tools to help manage their OS. He tailors the strength and conditioning sessions to accommodate their OS. Jose is responsive and always treats my kids respectfully. I recommend him to any young athlete wanting to improve their game.
