        After being hurt in a workplace accident, I was unsure of the next steps. Attorney Charles W. O'Donnell personally took my phone call late in the evening. He patiently listened to what I had to say and scheduled me to come into his office the next day. During our meeting he was kind, informative, and professional. After our initial visit and for the remainder of the process, the entire team were incredibly communicative and made a seemingly difficult situation extremely easy! They always remembered my case when I called and were always there to answer any question. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a call if you are hurt and need help as the whole process can be extremely stressful, let them handle the paperwork so you can concentrate on your recovery. Thank you again Charlie and Cat and the entire office staff!
