I had a good stay minus the billing issues when i first checked in-i was told that i have received a free upgrade that when i checked in was not free that took multiple calls and complaints --the room was wonderful minus having the trash removed and having some of the supplies replenished during my 4 day stay. I placed a order at the restaurant and when i was waiting to place the order i had to wait because the the person that took the order thought it would be more important to text whoever they were talking to instead of acknowledging my presence. When i checked out i explained to them once again that the charges were not right i was told that i would have to wait to get the issue resolved when i explained when i checked in that it was not correct and i even showed them the reservation and was told that it was fixed--would have been a amazing stay if this issue would have been resolved like i asked before checkout, instead i had to call multiple times on my way home back to Wisconsin. I truly didn't appreciate the hassle and the run around that i had to go through to get everything corrected. Unfortunately they didn't offer anything or any compensation for the big inconvenience as i had 3 rooms and stayed for 4 nights i have never been treated this poorly at hotel or had this many issues during a stay.
