        Very painless, easy interaction. They very clearly provided a solution for flooring for a power wheelchair- hardwood. I needed the floor put in one day and installers to accommodate that the person living in the space was in a wheelchair and needed some access to the area. They came in the morning and were done by 3 pm and were very attentive, accommodating, and respectful of the situation.

        I had the most wonderful experience with Carpet City and Flooring. We needed some repairs on our wood flooring and carpets changed pretty quickly. Mehdi came out the same day to measure everything and give us a quote which was way below anywhere else I had called and it was for higher quality carpet. He also managed to have the work done in the same week. He consistently checked in to make sure the work was done well and we were happy. Highly, highly recommend Carpet City and Flooring!!
