I had a positive experience at this office. I had gone to several cosmetic dentists looking for an affordable way to achieve a wider smile. Dr.Ortega understood my concerns and was able to improve my smile with cosmetic bonding in a conservative approach, making my smile look natural while making a huge difference.

A good friend of mine recommended this practice when I was having tooth pain. They immediately fit me in and I had to get a root canal. Dr. Thu Nga-Ortega was very gentle and professional, and she took care of my tooth gently without too much pain, and the experience was great. The staff is amazing and everyone is so wonderful, I would recommend Dental Cosmetix to anyone. I drive over an hour to get here and it is definitely worth it. I recently just got my wisdom tooth pulled and the experience was not unpleasant as everyone makes it seem. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I know I am taken care of. I have been to many dentists over the years and they never gave me this feeling of comfort and warmth, and here they do. Im glad to have found Dental Cosmetix with Dr. Thu Nga-Ortega shes one of kind .

She is often known for being very conservative with crowns which are called onlays (where tooth structure is conserved and not prepped away the way crowns are at most practices) She also performs complex surgeries to remove wisdom teeth, places implants, performs gum surgeries and provides full prosthetic implant restorations as well as providing sedation dentistry services.

Along with Cosmetic and comprehensive dentistry, Dr. Ortega has been known in Fairfax as one of the most experienced dentist in geriatric care. She has been serving the geriatric community of Fairfax for over 22 years.

Dr. Ortega sees only one patient at a time to ensure close monitoring of her patient's dental needs and performs cleanings herself. She spends quality time getting to know each patient's needs before proceeding with treatment. She places the patient's care and comfort above all else.
