        I have used Rolando for 3 projects. I did have any issue with his work. All 3 jobs had to be approved by city and he worked with the inspectors to complete it. Services: General construction, Roof installation

        Contracted RSR to install crown molding and he didnt return to complete the work as promised, although he was paid. He kept making appointments and then cancelled at the very last minute (on three occasions) with lame excuses. I would not recommend this contractor.
