All of the positive reviews have been from those whose data was recoverable. I though it important to leave a review even though my data was not recoverable. I dropped my drive off and by the next day had the news that my data was lost. This probably isn’t a normal time to wait, but it was a nice surprise. I was updated every step of the process via email and had a personal representative to direct my questions to. Although my data was not recoverable, I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with data recovery.

The external hard drive containing our family pictures failed. Stupidly, we had not backed it up. Davit at TTR Data Recovery responded to my inquiry within minutes. He kept up superb communication throughout the process and explained everything clearly. The recovery service can be pricey, but regaining our photos was worth it, and the top notch service provided by David made us feel that we were getting our money’s worth during the experience.
