I think it's bogus, I have called them multiple times and even visited the place looking for the store, but there was no response from them number mentioned in the website and moreover after a long search got the location of the address present in the website which turned out to be apartments.

If I could leave no stars, I would. No clue how good their work is as I scheduled an appointment a month in advance - no one contacted me. Probably called the phone number listed on the website almost 15 times in a span of 3 days and no response. I called originally to schedule the appointment, asked questions, seemed helpful. Totally ghosted day of appointment. No text confirmation, voicemail, nothing. Stuck wondering what to do, if I should wait, etc. Eventually just gave up and went about my day. Dont recommend these detailers at all- unless theyre just too busy for new clients. Plenty of other better detailers in the area. Oh, and I drove to the office listed on google to see if I could talk to someone, its literally a random apartment complex. Sketch. No thanks.

Unreliable. We had an appointment set up for over a week, and the company emailed almost 40 minutes after the scheduled time to state there had been mechanical problems with their truck the night before. They ended up canceling completely on us. Now we're scrambling to find someone who can clean our vehicle for an event in 24hrs.

Recently got a vehicle from a family member that was trashed on the inside.  They did a great job detailing my car.

This is the first time I am feeling compelled to write a review just to express my genuine gratitude. My car had a severe case of moisture and mold. I called many other detailers, but they either quoted a ridiculous amount or wiggled their way out saying they couldn't deal with mold. But the lady at the Classical, Alexandria was extremely courteous and took upon my case. She quoted a reasonable price and booked an early appointment for me. But the icing on the cake was the gentleman Daniel who serviced my car. He was as gentlemanly as he was professional. He took time to answer all my questions, and patiently explained a few things to me. He did such a thorough job of cleaning my car that it almost looks new. Can't recommend him enough. You have definitely won a customer for life. Services: Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Steam cleaning
