I have been here for 1 month and the place is horrible. The shelves in the closet are not divided far enough apart which means I can hang anything below the top rack Half the clothes will not fit on the hangers. I told them I would pay to have it fixed but they cant guarantee that I will not have to put it back the wrong way when I leave. Do not rent here.

Building is generally well run. The managing company is terrible. ~25% rent increase on first lease renewal to live next to a highway with an alarming crash rate. One shooting, and two pedestrian deaths in the 10 months I lived in the area.

I have lived her for a year and have had the worst experience with management. Whenever we had a question regarding our lease or any specific inquires, we would call the number listed on the website for residents and be directed to a receptionist who was very incompetent. The receptionist told us they were not located on-site so any questions regarding our location she could not help, once we asked if we could speak to the general manager, again the receptionist told us she was "just a temp and does not know how to contact her". What does that even mean?? Isn't that the whole point of a receptionist? Due to this, our move-out date wasn't communicated clearly and we NEVER received clear instructions. I really wouldn't be bothered if this happened once because I can understand if someone is new, but this literally happened multiple times regarding our lease. The staff is super unhelpful and rude and makes the whole experience of living here unbearable. Although this was not the deciding factor to my 2-star review, it defiantly contributed to my frustration of living here. Whenever our Amazon packages get delivered on weekends, the main office doesn't have a place or way for delivery drivers to access the building so they end up calling me or leaving my packages where ever. It is so frustrating because there has to be a more efficient way to do that. For the price we were paying and the area, we were expecting much better customer service. I highly recommend living else where to save yourself the annoyance.
