Trust me, this is not something you want. The person offered you a low price and promised that he can do the grading in my backyard. After signing the contract, he asked me for a lot of money to start, saying he didn't have money to buy materials or rent the equipment. After getting the money, he just disappeared and not responded to me anymore. He came back on one afternoon and worked for two hours, but made my back yard totally a mess. I told him what I want, but he didn't do anything close. Now it is already 3 months after the contract, and my backyard is still a mess. I am definitely going to sue him. I just hope no one else has such a bad experience with him again.
