This may be the first bad review Ive ever left for a business. Months ago scheduled me and my bridal party for forever bracelets for our wedding (everyone was flying in). As it got closer, I text and she took longer and longer to reply but was told to text since she didnt get online much. Did that and all was good. Day before event was told the supplier had them on back order. She was nice enough to recommend others who offer the service but none were able to on such short notice. We were all bummed as we wanted this for the wedding. She text later and offers to do mine for free (so nice!) and asks what day works for me. However, when I reply, she stops responding. Ive never been ghosted by a business but this was such a let down esp before my wedding! Used to love Haleys work but this made me lose all respect for her business ethic.

Unfortunately I decided to come here after reading all reviewsWhen it comes to my face I didnt need much. Went for a hydrafacial just so it can help with the fine laneswas not advised if it was recommended for my face I trusted them because they were the expertsThe esthetician did the procedure.. during the procedure I noticed she was pressing too much on my skin some areas when I left my skin was red was told it should go away in 24 hrs no recommendations were madenext two days my skin was still red and with bumps so i decide to go back to see what they do recommend, they gave me some samples they did help a little . After 2 months I still have some red areas after the procedure it seem like they broke some blood vessels from my face and from that time moving forward everything I applied to that area it will get irritated, even products i was using before the facial I was told I was going to get a call back from the owner but that never happened, so if you are not sure about your skin dont go to themthey are not educated enough to work with different types of skin or to recommend procedures that are not tolerated by your skin they ruined mine they will ruin yours.

I came here for months and received many , many facials. Sweet girl, unsure vibe and energy when it came to my face.. I have acne , and acne prone skin. I thought skin goals sounded perfect, that was my own goals I had in mind. Im pretty embarrassed to find out through my new aestheticians (I see a group, now) , that I have been receiving the wrong treatment, and never was anything customized to really fight the acne. Embarrassing as it was , I left inflamed , in pain, didnt even want to go to work that day..but I wanted to trust the process.. I was hopeless. Picking, popping, and having cysts pressed left me with scars I am now having to fix on my own and its painful. I see this is glamorous for anyone that can receive a classic facial, but dont come if you dont wanna be devastated even more with acne. It only got worse for me, I dont like writing these kinds of reviews, but I hope someone like me could turn the other way to someone who specializes and have taken the proper courses on Acne, its inflammation, spread of bacteria , etc. its inspired me to go to school to learn about it myself, because its been a long, long, road.
