        Tebrey maintance and leasing has been nothing but excellent! Never had an issue getting nothing done! They stay on top of everything! They are easy to communicate with and always nice! Thank you to the Rivers team especially Tebrey for always being promote and making a transition so easy! I love it here!

        The Rivers Apartments office is a WHOLE HEADACHE !!! They cant get anything right in the office, if they mess up YOU have to come out of pocket and pay for cause they will make it your fault, and I been putting in the same work request for a year and half now. 1) is I cant see on my peep because its paint in between the glass and thats not safe and they not understanding that. 2) when I turned my kitchen light on it flickers for about a minute and then it comes on. I told him thats not good for me because I have seizures and that messes with my eyes they still havent came to fix that either. But if you like stress, coming out of pocket, extra money, and a manager that thinks shes runs everything and power hungry that dont listen to residence. Come on down to The Rivers .
