We have the racing music, fast-moving instructions on the screen, catching up with the people around you as you have to so that you can move to your next set of exercises and next station, and focusing on the instructions by the trainer.
I found myself pretty confused most of the time, not focusing on the technique and catching up with all others. I did receive the much-needed focus from my coach Katie, she was really warm and helpful.
Would certainly join in the future if we have a beginner's class.
