        Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I set up my service through the main website and was given a delivery date for 1 week later. A $50 hold was placed on my bank account. The delivery never came. I called them and was told I was re-scheduled for 2 days later. The delivery never came. I called again and was told I had to be put on the local route in White River Junction, that may take another 72 hours. The delivery never came. No other help was offered to me to quickly resolve this failure. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have cancelled my request for service. Shame on me if I were to give them one more minute of my time.

        Want water delivered? Then call someone else. First delivery arrived. Then nothing. We're on a 2 week schedule, fail. Our bottles have been sitting at the curb for weeks. After an hour on hold, we were able to schedule another delivery. With a live person (Don't use the automated attendant, it doesn't work. It either takes you in circles, doesn't give you the right options, and or doesn't actually trigger any action by the company). Do you think that water arrived? You're right. It didn't. I tried today to schedule another interim delivery, and to increase our order to to get us through a month (assuming that when we actually do get water, they will bungle the scheduled follow-on), and that was impossible. Waited on hold for an unconscionably long time, only to have the system hang up on me. I gave it one star because they did deliver two bottles of water once. A long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away. Save yourself some heartache, go to Home Depot and buy bottles and schlep them back and forth, anything beats the frustration of dealing with these guys. Insult to injury, it's impossible to cancel your account. Can't do it in person, online, or with the automated attendant. THE WORST.
