My son got braces at this office, and it's been a non stop struggle to get this office to act with integrity and professionalism. They started my sons care knowing that his Dr was going to be leaving and didn't tell me until the very day we were meeting this new Dr. I had no say or chance in researching who the new Dr was or notification before it happened. My son had a wire replaced last week and this girl clipped the wire not short enough and decided to bend it so that it wouldn't poke his mouth....that's right, she bent MEMORY WIRE as if that was even expected to stay out of the way or remain how she bent it, so of course now its stabbing him on the inside of his cheek. So I just called, after this entire weekend waiting, and the receptionist puts me on hold and says she going to get me on the line with their ortho supervisor, but she transfers me to a voicemail instead. Save your thousands of dollars and please go somewhere else. This is not what you want for your child/teen. Your kid deserves better

I thought acll of the staff there were very friendly, professional, and made sure you were being confortable and provided the best service possible.

I made an appointment two months ago. I confirmed it when I received the reminder email. Yet when I showed up, they said they cancelled it and gave my slot away. Edit to add: The email had a link that said "click to confirm." I clicked it and had no reason to believe a verbal confirmation was expected on top of the online confirmation. For that reason, the response below is disingenuous.

Fantastic staff. I had a dental emergency, and they got me right in. Very friendly, worked with my insurance to get a quick quote. Dr Vu never let me hurt while he fixed my broken tooth. Looking forward to going back.
