I hate to leave a poor review, but I also hate my teeth being in pain (especially, unnecessary pain) as does every person who has ever lived ever. So, here is my honest review that I provide only in the hopes of preventing others from experiencing the pain Im currently going through. This place provided me with the worst root canal experience Ive ever had . . . at least, thus far in my life. The actual procedure was terrible, where my mouth was left open for dang near 3 hours with no one offering to spray water in my mouth. So bedside manner, not great but thats not even the worst of it. Suffice it to say, after that experience, I sought out another dentist. As I write this review 2 years later, the tooth that I had that root canal done on is now infected, and may need to be removed entirely. I spent more than $1000 to get that root canal done and a cap put on, which isnt out of the norm. However, Im now spending even more money to fix Freshs poor work. My very first root canal was done 17 years ago at my old dentist office in Garland. That gold cap and tooth are still pristine. No issues, because that dentist was a true craftsman. 17 years and still going for that cap, and only 2 years before issues occurred with the one that Fresh did. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. It is overpriced and does poor work. If you are looking for a good dentist you might try East Texas Dental Group, particularly Dr. Ali. They are reasonably priced and have done excellent work so far on my teeth. Thankfully, they will be helping me to fix Freshs shoddy craftsmanship.
