We had roots in our sewer line. We called a couple of plumbing companies in the area, but none compared to Mr. Rooter plumbing they were knowledgeable and also understood what was going on. They quickly made a sewer video assessment of the situation and gave us a price when we compare the price with the other companies they were 33 percent cheaper. They pulled permits and got the job done in no time gave us a warranty for 10 years. Come beat Mr. Rooter . Plumber was a nice man but left without coming back. He said he would call back in 20 minutes, but just disappeared. Not only that he told my insurance something which denied the entire claim. He barely even checked the piping but made a statement that was incorrect according to my other plumber

Water heater replaced by Mr. Rooter of Woodbridge VA, they said I needed $2600 of extra items required by code - this is beyond the cost of the water heater ($1600) and labor to install it (~$600), which was covered by warranty. I paid a deposit on my VISA. The work was partially performed and the technician told me, the mixing valve did not need replaced and that, Mr. Rooter would contact me and settle the charges for work actually done, since many items on the invoice were not performed. Mr. Rooter did not contact me and charged the credit card that I used for the initial deposit a second time without my authorization. This amount included parts/labor for items not replaced and items covered by the warranty such as installation, and haul away. I did not authorize the charge. Mr. Rooter also stained my carpet, left glue, trash, and putty on the floor, and installed the unit incorrectly. Finally, they claimed items were required by code that may not be. And they did not pull a permit as required so the inspector could not verify this. Service: Water heater installation
