      image I frequent this Chase Bank branch every week. The staff is friendly, the location is clean, and they help customers quickly. The negative reviews I'm seeing here apply more to corporate experiences rather than local ones.

      image Can not get anyone to answer the phone after trying for 45 minutes. The Chase website for this branch has no other contact info (no email, for example). The Home loan officer picked up on her line and emailed the bank manager. Horrible communication.

      image If only you can get SOMEONE at this branch to answer calls without having to visit. The bank is usually not crowded, but still NOONE EVER answers calls. Do yourself a favor- bank elsewhere.
