Christian K. Was a great salesman got me what I needed at a better price than other local competitors. Jalen that delivered my equipment was outstanding showed me how to operate disconnect and reconnect the loader and backhoe. Start to finish excellent transaction.

I called United Ag& Turf back in April to order a new JD Gator. Spoke with Christian Keuper in sales. Could not have been nicer and informative on what questions I had. He told me probably end of August before It would arrive. I told him no problem order it for me. I asked if I needed to come in and sign any documents he said no. The Gator actually came in last week of July. Christian called and we took care of all the documents through E sign. I never did go to the store all was done on phone. They delivered it today. Christian was excellent and made everything simple. United ag & turf also delivered as promised and made it a pleasure to do business with.

Spoke with a lady of the phone who was helpful. The main showroom wasn't open, had to go through the parts department. Asked about a purchasing a blower and the guy took an eternity, ended up walking out. Other service guy I asked a question didn't even turn around and answer me. The whole demeanor of the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Couldn't even try out the blower before purchasing it. Don't recommend.
