Bed bugs in the hotel. I told them at reception and they only apologized . They did not clean the room or change towels

I was only there for a business meeting, but the experience was very nice. We started with a catered breakfast buffet, which was delicious. Our conference room was spacious and just what we needed. Then we followed it up with a catered lunch buffet, which was equally delicious and included lasagna, salad, breadsticks, and more.

Rooms, gym, hotel are nice & the pool is amazing. This location is definitely what I think of as a 4 star hotel. Rooms: My room was nice, clean, nothing was broken, worked correctly, & the deck view of the pool was nice to get away at night with my wife while the kids were sleeping in the room. Nearby activities: For San Antonio, the traffic in the hotel location is better than most of the city. Most of the Hotels in San Antonio are right next to the freeways and because of that, the rooms are very nosey. Very close to Sea World, Six Flags, & the In&Out.

Dear Sergio Molina,Thank you for your review. We apologize that your stay with us was not a satisfying one. Your feedback is important to us. We take any issues of pests extremely seriously and had a third party perform a thorough inspection upon receiving your review. The results were negative, but we did take extra precautions to ensure the room did not contain pests of any kind. We contract with a vendor for preventative pest control and have random inspections provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis to ensure pest control and overall cleanliness standards are maintained.
