I ended up in the ICU and my dog was in the room. They walked my dog. Called my emergency contact and made sure everything was ok. Highly recommend

Like many of the other 1 star reviews this review is regarding the customer service at this hotel. Its unfortunate that this hotel downfall is the staff despite the prime location and facility. My experience with the housekeepers and manager Carol was very disappointing. I stay at Marriott hotels year round all over the country. And my stay here made me seriously consider my loyalty with Marriott. I never request housekeeping or cleaning during my stays. However, I heard housekeepers talking so I stepped outside of my room and asked if they would remove the trash and towels from my room. It was 2 women and a young male on 3/13 about 3pm. They looked at eachother and one of the women told the male housekeeper you can do it and laughed. There were 3 of them standing in the hallway just talking. They never removed the towels or trash I came back to my room 10 hrs later and the room was the same. Despite this I continued to give this hotel a try and the next encounter speaking with manager Carol was also poor. I hope Marriott considers the numerous feedback regarding management here and makes some staff changes.
