Terrible service! In my opinion, two strikes and you're done! I'm not allowing my family and pets be dissapointed a third time. The previous instance when we brought our dog there, they misplaced our leash such carelessness! Today, we arrived for our scheduled appointment only to be informed that it had been canceled. I had the confirmation text for the appointment, and when I inquired, I was told I made the appointment at 8 am on Tuesday and it was canceled an hour later. I requested any notes related to the cancellation because no one in our household canceled it. We were planning to groom our dog in preparation for adding a new puppy to our family tomorrow. Not only will I cease taking my business there, but we were also considering moving all our business to the vet next door. However, that won't be happening now. I suspect there might be some connection between the two establishments, and they don't deserve our business. I hope things improve for them, but experiencing two consecutive disappointments is simply unacceptable.

Updated review. They charge you if you dont show up on time, however we had one on one training session for our puppy in which the facility was closed after receiving texts the day before confirming the date. We drove through inclement weather, as no text or email was received regarding them not being open. Furthermore, no call was given regarding them not being open. We showed up to facility and we were disappointed that they were not open. Kind of tough for me to wrap my head around a business charging you if youre late/no show but not financially compensating you when they decide to not be open because someone couldnt wake up and get to work on time. Even though it is convenient and right by our house, we will be seeking other veterinarian and daycare options for our two dogs.

We brought Frankie in for grooming today and he looks so handsome and dapper! Super happy with how great his coat looks and the little tie was absolutely adorable and the perfect finishing touch! He even got a peck of approval on the cheek from his best fur friend Waffle!

BK loves this place and is always happy when he is dropped off. The staff here really are invested in all the animals and remembers BK when is gone for a few weeks. The staff are also flexible when changing some of his stay dates which I appreciate. I love when they have picture day.
