I had Matt katona representing me for a child custody case. It was an emotional roller coaster , but he made sure that everything being done was exactly what I wanted, or had a strategic game plan in place for how we were going to get what I wanted. Being how emotional this case was , he also gave me time to sit and think on big decisions, which was absolutely necessary and appreciated, because in cases like these it is a lot of big decisions you dont always know immediately what you want . I recommend Matt for anyone, but I will say have a little bit of thick skin. He will be reasonable , but call you out when you are making yourself look bad . Example- when you are messaging back the other party ugly things - he will get onto you for it . *in your best interest * Ive toned down a lot due to him calling me out on whether Im going to look good if the judge seen my messages /acts, whether theyre reactions or not . All in all, yes I do recommend and plan on working with Matt again in the near future.

I worked with Matthew Katona and he was top notch.. I worked with a previous attorney from another firm and took about 4 months to get a modification on my Child Support order.. I decided to look for a different attorney for another modification and I'm so glad I switched. Mr Katona was able to get everything done in a few weeks.. he contacted me very quickly and answered all questions.. He even worked nights and weekends .. Highly recommend him
