PenFed Credit Union

Called 24 hours prior to larger than permitted cash withdrawal through 1800 number. Was told local branch would call when I could receive the funds. Its been 3 working days later, still no call-except for one and they left a wring number. Very poor practice, my money should be available when I need it. I am about to loose out on a deposit due to the banks failure to allow me to withdraw my own funds.

Ive asked multiple times to be taken off of the email lists and yet I continue to get them. Garbage customer service.

Received an Credit Card offer in the mail, I decided to call, and see if I would get Approved for this Particular Card. The whole Process was less than Three Minutes, and came back with an Approval for a Good Amount. Mrs. Ruby who took my Application was an Outstanding Representative who Not only took my Application, but she also took the time to answer all my questions Pertaining to this Particular Card that I Chose when applying.
