Amazing and quality bikes and accessories. They service was beyond amazing and they do not push you for a sale. You are able to test drive the bikes before purchasing and they will add products to your bike at no charge for the labor. I have already recommended it my friends and most of them already shop at Bike World. Thank you for the outstanding service! I will be shopping there again! You couldnt ask for a better staffed store.

Great service! I came in for parts and left with some but was saved from buying a few things I did not need and got some great pointers from the gentleman who helped me. I was able to fix my issue exactly the way he said to do it.

I went to Bike World for the first time to get a steerer tube cut as well as other smaller things. I was met by Manny as soon as I walked in. It's obvious he's passionate about what he does and his customer service is beyond exceptional. (The other guys in the shop that I spoke with were awesome as well.) I normally don't write reviews but Manny deserves recognition for just being an outstanding person. I will never go to any other bike shop after receiving this level of service here. The job was perfect and completed quickly. Communication was great as well. They are way above and beyond here. Highly recommend
