My husband and I have done a lot of remodel projects in several different cities and we have never had such a positive experience as the one we just had with Cross. From the first meeting until the last, these folks are unbelievably professional, thorough, responsive, and reliable. They are most definitely not the cheapest but we got our money's worth and then some. We only had the do a guest bathroom but they never made us feel like our project was too small and we ended up with absolutely FABULOUS results on time and on budget. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone willing to invest the money and time. From design support early on to the littlest detail of the finishing touches, everybody we worked with was first rate.

The craftsmanship is excellent and they always follow through and follow up! They make sure the client is 100% satisfied. Their Senior Project Manager, Sunni Seifert, is particularly noteworthy in her knowledge base, ability to work with her different team members, and professionalism/courtesy.
