    Without a doubt this company takes care of senior car owners. Had car for less than 48 hours-provided senior Lady with excellent service. Provided an estimate and provided Senior Lady with estimate and good Old Fashioned Advice that repairs would be greater than value of car. Car age 24 year-Honda Accord.     Associated Collision Center, Inc. (ACC) was recommended by my insurance company, but I wouldnt recommend ACC. They did about $5,000 worth of work on our 2021 Toyota RAV 4 and it definitely was not a quality repair nor was it a pleasant experience. The body work was unprofessional and the joint between the front bumper cover and the front fenders is misaligned and not tight or anything like before the fender bender accident. ACC had to rework the repairs several times due to body work & paint deficiencies and paint overspray. There was a general lack of attention to detail. I got the feeling that I definitely didnt get the A-team assigned to my vehicle and that I guess you do not get the A-team unless you come in with a high-dollar foreign sports car. My hood latch, which ACC worked on was re-installed with only one of 3 fasteners and was not working correctly and only the secondary (safety) latch was holding the hood down and the hood was bouncing up and down because it was not latching properly. I had this properly fixed by another business because I am just done with ACC. Every time they had to have my car for rework, I was inconvenienced because I had to get my car back to them and then was minus one vehicle. It was not a good experience. Next time I will use a Toyota Collision Center.

    Work was incomplete. .and threw away my front bumper and license plate. Very inconvenient to have to bring the vehicle back. 2-1-24 I never would expect any work from anyone for free. I don't know where you are getting that ?? Besides this was an insurance claim so you are being paid though the insurance. This is a vehicle I rarely drive so by the time Lifted the hood to find that you didn't put back the trim piece that was there originally or notice my front license plate was missing, yes months have gone by. When you replaced my front bumper you through away my license plate, so for your mistake it' my responsibility to get a it replaced? Yes I am having a difficult time getting the vehicle back in. Do you know what an inconvenience this is to take time away from work. I see this Company make excuses for substandard work when all this was obviously your fault and now you are putting the blame back on me? Wow, unbelievable! All I want is my vehicle repaired correctly. And If I owed you anything I would pay that's not even an issue.

Are we doing this again? 7 months ago when we actually worked on your work van, you did the same thing. Throw us under the bus because you expected something for free. Now you are doing it again when you claim you found more damage that we didn't fix 7 months after that. To top it off, you never show up when you say you will. If your that bored, companies are hiring all over town. Maybe then you might be able to actually pay to fix your vehicle
